Shipping Policies:

Shipping is dynamically calculated through our website according to the rates posted for UPS and USPS. We offer all forms of international shipping as well as expedited domestic shipping. To see what your shipping charges are you can add products to your shopping cart and there will be an option there to estimate your shipping on the first cart page with your zip code. **Note this is only an estimate as once you put in your full address on the 2nd page of checkout you will be able to choose shipping options and receive the exact price for your shipping choice.

We usually ship orders from Northern California on the same day if order is placed by 3:30 pm Pacific Time. Weekends/U.S. Holidays are Excluded.

If the FREE SHIPPING option is offered and chosen, we will choose either USPS or UPS for shipping according to our shipping policies even if you chose a different FREE method. If there is an issue with us shipping with either USPS or UPS, either choose a paid shipping method or please note that in the Additional Comments/Instructions field during checkout.

International Customers

We are not responsible for the loss or damages of any packages shipped via USPS to countries that are not allowed to have Endicia Insurance. To guarantee the safe arrival of your item we suggest to use UPS shipping options.

While we have not experienced issues with sending our products to any countries outside the USA, please be aware that you MAY be billed for Taxes or VAT charges based on the value of your order, depending on your local customs policies. We have no control over what the taxes could be, or even IF they will be added to your shipment. Please be aware of this before placing your order, to avoid any hidden surprises later! Thank you for your understanding.

Insurance and Declared Value:

NewAje Lasers must declare the value of each package for the same amount the package is insured for. NewAje Lasers will insure all Intl. orders this could affect shipping cost to certain countries.

International Shipping Methods:Shipping Methods

  • All orders over $200 will ship USPS Express only. (You may also choose our UPS options)
  • All orders under $200 are available to ship using all USPS shipping methods
    All Volcano orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail for all Intl. orders. (You may also choose our UPS options)

Delivery Times - United States

USPS delivery is 3-5 days for both Priority and First Class Mail. The only difference between each method is Priority provides tracking information and FCM does not. Here is a quick break down of our shipping services for USPS:

  • FCM = 3-5 Business Days (No tracking available)
  • Priority = 2-3 Business Days w/Delivery Confirmation
  • Express = 1-2 Day w/Delivery Confirmation

Return Policies:

Returned Packages:

If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund check, less shipping charges or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. If you choose to have it re-delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

All discrepancies or returns must be reported within 7 days after the date receipt.

Unused and unopended products returned for credit must be received within 14 days of invoice date and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Incorrect Shipping Address

NewAje Lasers does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to NewAje Lasers as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a $10.00 UPS charged is assessed to the billing party.

There are some things that do not require the unit to be returned to us for resolution. If the unit does require us to take a look at it, together we will figure out the best way to get the unit back to us then we will provide you complete instructions for making sure your product is returned to you in a prompt secure manner.

Please include your contact information, best way to reach you, what kind of product the issue is with that you have, where and when you purchased it if not from us, and include a brief description of your question or problem. We will respond in one business day at most to your email and usually within minutes.

Laser Stars Projector - 90 Day Extended Warranty Exclusively offered by NewAje Lasers | Also offered a 1 year upgraded warranty option onpurchase. All warranty or replacement products must be shipped back to us by customer.
